Return Policy

MOTHER HERBS WILDCRAFTED HERBS, SEAMOSS AND SUPPLEMENTS.
Are considered a food item and can’t be returned once shipped. If you find an issue with your product, please email us with your invoice number and a picture of the product that is of issue. If we have mailed you what you ordered, we will not take back an item once it has been shipped & delivered to you.
All orders are FINAL. We can not alter your order once you have placed it. You will need to make an additional order if you neglected to add an item you wished to purchase after the order has been placed
Any returns not due to our error are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Any items returned without prior authorization will be considered a donation and shall be equally distributed to less fortunate customers.
Return shipping costs are the customers responsibility.
