Shipping Policy
Information on this site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Information, including product pricing and availability, may be changed or updated without notice. MOTHER HERB reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders in its discretion, including, without limitation, if MOTHER HERBS believes that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of MOTHER HERBS.

Domestic Shipping

ALL MOTHER HERBS PRODUCTS | Allow 2-4 business days to receive tracking information - email titled " Your Order Has Shipped. If it will be more than 4 days, we will contact you via email. | Allow 5 -7 business days for delivery of your order placed in the US ( unless the order is placed during a holiday. We will contact you if the turn around time is longer than expected for any reason. All orders are FINAL.

We can not alter your order once you have placed it. You will need to make an additional order if you neglected to add an item you wished to purchase after the order has been placed. You are responsible for tracking your package once you receive your "Your Order Has Shipped" email. MOTHER HERBS LLC and its warehouse is not equipped to make changes to your address delivery information once your order has been placed. You can contact the mail carrier while your package is enroute to make any address delivery changes.

Allow us 24-48 hours to respond to your emailed inquiries during the weekdays. We do not respond to emails on Saturdays and Sundays.MOTHER HERBS and its owners do not respond to Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter direct messages. International Shipping

Generally, international customers pay additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the price or shipping costs. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please understand that this is a standard practice among e-commerce stores and other retailers.

We recommend checking with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs are. Additionally, contact your customs office to learn about specific restrictions, licensing, or special provisions on the import of your goods.

We create the shipping label and fill out the commercial invoice and other customs forms appropriately to expedite customs clearance. In these documents, we include a full description of the goods (i.e., what it is, what it’s used for, the ingredients, and the country of origin) and the value of the goods. If, however, you are asked this information please make sure to include all details possible to reduce the risk of customs delays or holds impacting delivery.

We understand that some countries heavily restrict the shipment of dried herbs & dietary supplements and some others place restrictions and require additional permits from the importer. Each country has a different custom agency with specific laws and requirements that unfortunately are out of our control. We would love to be able to ship Mother Herbs' products and spread this knowledge without restriction to each and every corner of the world, however, international laws do not evolve as fast as commerce does and this significantly impacts our reach.

Please be advised that we are not responsible for packages being held by customs or local authorities.

Any returns not due to our error are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Any items returned without prior authorization will be considered a donation and shall be equally distributed to less fortunate customers.
