USAGE:
It can be a staple to everything you consume. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of gel to a cup of herbal tea, smoothies, spring water or healthy juices.
It can also be apply directly to the skin to help retain moisture and promote healthy, radiant skin. Apply a desired amount of gel to face or skin, allow it to sit for 20-30 minutes and rinse off with lukewarm water.
